  Attorney Andrew C. Shier

Andrew specializes in litigation and bank workouts.  Andrew represents both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits involving commercial contracts, business disputes and real estate.  Andrew also helps a number of local banks work through and resolve all aspects of troubled loan relationships, including forbearance, enforcement, foreclosure and bankruptcy.  Andrew has significant experience in the areas of secured transactions, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and construction liens.
