  Attorney Charles W. Kierpiec

Chuck Kierpiec joined McShane & Bowie in 2011 following a federal judicial clerkship.  Prior to clerking, he practiced commercial litigation in Chicago at a national law firm for almost five years.  Chuck has experience representing commercial clients in a broad variety of contexts, including antitrust, contract disputes and corporate governance disputes.  He has litigated the prosecution and defense of civil disputes at every stage, has extensive experience with motion practice and the management of large-scale discovery collection, and has experience examining witnesses both in depositions and at trial.
