Ben A. Fowler received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. from Wayne State University. He is licensed to practice law in the Tax Court of the United States. Ben is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning, Business Law and Real Property sections of the State Bar of Michigan and is a former Director and current member of the West Michigan Estate Planning Council. He co-authored the article, "Legal Checklists and Michigan Probate: Beyond the Basics," and is a frequent speaker on business and estate planning topics.
